Terms

Plain English. Read it once.

• Age. You must be 21+ to use this site or order.
• Order Requests. Sending one does not buy anything. It is a sale only after we confirm the items, price, delivery and payment with you by phone. We can say no.
• Prices. US dollars. They can change until we confirm. Deal prices last while the Batch does.
• Stock. Held for you only after confirmation.
• Product. Each Batch is described by its lab report. Smalls are small. Buds vary.
• Your law. We do not block any state. Checking that THCA is legal where you take delivery is your job.
• Problems. Call us first. We sort out a wrong or damaged delivery with you directly.
• December 11, 2026. The federal total-THC rule starts. Non-compliant flower comes off the site and unconfirmed requests for it are cancelled.
